Our team’s approach is a high-level look at how organizational IT will assist customers in defining business requirements as well as conducting BPR. The approach modularizes the process, breaking down each large process into tasks and activities and then starts looking at how each will be completed. This approach is then reviewed and approved prior to moving forward with developing the plan or IT requirement to support the business requirement.
